“I don’t have enough time for self-care”
Feeling like you don’t have enough time self-care is a very common reason people feel overwhelmed and exhausted. And even though it’s difficult to shift patterns that have been established, it doesn’t have to be that way.
The idea about not having enough time (and consistency) come up all the time in my online studio membership (The Art Of Tuning In) and actually what happens is the more we give, the more is expected of us and it can become a vicious cycle until we decide to shift things. Does that mean we can’t be giving anymore? Absolutely not. But we need to give without depleting ourselves in the process.
When you build your own foundation with roots that support you, you give and receive with ease. It’s really all about creating boundaries and this is why “consistency and time” are actually the same topic. And I know that’s scary for some people. But there are ways to begin this process and in this video I share how you begin creating boundaries that support you, as you shift your beliefs to create more space for self-care for yourself.
