*Keep yourself safe from sunburn
Hello everyone. I wanted to make a quick reminder that if you’re in a place where you’re able to get some sunshine, even for a few minutes, it helps to lift your mood and elevate the cells in your body.
The ultraviolet rays help with the coronavirus.
Stay healthy get some sunshine, keep exercising, keep yourself safe.
And if you do go outside and it’s chilly (or windy) make sure you protect your neck, especially the back of your neck.
And do things that bring you joy.
If you stand out in the sun – just close your eyes and just smile – it actually uplifts the entire energy level of your body.
Smiling changes your energy.
